If our material does not leave you more confident and better protected in your transaction, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked, and no need to justify your decision.
This guarantee applies to every product we sell, including the Home Buyer's Protection Toolkit and the Real Estate Know How Complete Course upgrade. If you bought both, each is covered for 7 days from its own purchase date.
Email support@realestateknowhow.ca from the email address you used at checkout, and tell us you would like a refund. That is all we need — please include your order number if you have it handy, but it is not required.
We acknowledge every request within two business days.
When a refund is issued, access to your member area ends.
You keep any checklists, scripts, and documents you have already downloaded. We will not ask you to return or destroy them. That is the promise we make on our home page, and we honour it.
The guarantee period is 7 days from purchase. After that we do not offer refunds as a matter of course, because the material is delivered in full and immediately.
That said, if something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged twice, you could not get access, or you did not receive what was described — write to us regardless of how much time has passed. We will make it right. This policy does not limit any right you have under Canadian consumer protection law.
If a charge on your statement looks wrong or unfamiliar, please email us before contacting your bank. Almost every case is resolved the same day, and a chargeback is slower for you than a direct refund.
